See the patented design case studyAlustar does more than select a catalogue size. Its team can translate a food portion, load, lid, equipment envelope, packing route, and brand requirement into a structural concept, controlled 2D drawing, 3D forming review, tooling trial, and finished container.
Five Alustar container appearances are protected by design patents. Their reinforced structures combine a redesigned base pattern, a stepped upper opening, a slightly downturned inner rim platform, and tighter corner geometry. Performance is confirmed through dimensional, lid-fit, filled-load, nesting, packing, and repeatability checks.
Customer samples, drawings, CAD files, models, and branding can be developed under a confidential workflow. Customer-owned design information is not published without authorization. OEM and ODM development models are both available.
